Step 1: Review and sign the Initial Consultation Service Agreement

Please carefully review and sign the Initial Consultation Agreement, then email it to info@jfimmigration.ca. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our consultation services and ensures clarity and transparency in our partnership.

Step 2: Review the Initial Consultation Fee and Invoice

Once we receive your signed initial consultation agreement, you will receive an invoice by email. We value your trust in our services, and transparency regarding costs is an integral part of our commitment to you.

Step 3: Schedule your Consultation Call

We will email you once your payment is received, to schedule your consultation call. Meetings are conducted in-person and online via Zoom/Google Meet.

Step 4: Complete and Submit the Pre-Assessment Form

Once you have scheduled your call you will receive the pre-assessment form. Please submit the pre-assessment form 48 hours before your scheduled consultation call. This form is a crucial part of understanding your unique situation and allows us to provide you with more personalized advice during our consultation.
